Meditation and yoga is the best to destress. Even a good workout at the gym or a swim is good for me.

Subject:  Deep breathing technique
I think deep breathing works for me to reduce stress. I practice deep breathing technique whenever I m stressed or have tensions related to work. It is proves beneficial if you practice deep breathing technique early in the morning in fresh air. However, I immediately practice deep breathing whenever I have lot of stress or I have to start with some big or important project.

Subject:  Head massage for stress
Head massage is good for quickly combating stress. I do head massage after I come back from office. Basically I give myself head massage twice in a week which is a day before washing my hair. Head massage helps to reduce stress as well helps to get good sleep. Head massage especially done with oil helps to improve the health of hair making it soft and beautiful.

I think meditation helps a lot. Whenever I feel stressed I just close my eyes for few seconds and then start working. However, I do not practice it regularly. But I am sure that regular meditation will definitely provide lot of benefits. I have seen that people who practice meditation regularly have good command over their work. Meditation not only helps to reduce stress but also helps to improve the quality of work.
