yes water helps a lot. even i used to drin less water so i had lot of pimples. my friend suggested me to drink lot of water. i deliberately started drinking lot of water and now it is giving me fabulous results my most of the pimples are gone and my skin is becoming clearer

I guess you' ve been using cosmetics made of artificial chemicals. I prefer Parachute Advansed Body Lotion which is made up of pure coconut milk. It has given me good results. My skin is real smooth and glowing now. Give it a try.
