Hi Yes you can have one glass of pomegranate juice on everyday basis as it increases the water level and blood level in the body and also supplies enough blood to the fetus.

Hi yes you can have as much as you can. Dont have it very cold have it without keeping it in the refrigerator or else you can get throat trouble. Have it as a fruit or make juice out of it.
