Hi yes i used to have litchi it is good for health. Just see to it that its sweet as these days there are a lot of shops which are keeping sour litchi which can cause acidity.

Hi In fruits all are good to have however try avoiding mango, papaya and pineapple as it contains a lot of heat which can give trouble to the child inside you apart from that anything can be taken.
