Hi Yes you can have dry fruits, there are a lot of biscuits which contain cashew and badam in it. If at all you dont want to have it directly you can have it in the biscuit form.

Hi Yes friend you can start having badam on daily basis from the fourth month. Just keep it in water for sometime the day before night and remove the skin and have it in the morning. Just 2 will do.

Hi Yes dry fruits and nuts are always good during pregnancy. You can have cashews and badam on regular basis which will help in brain development and also increase the IQ level of the child.
