Hi Yes you can have bread but on limited basis. Bread also makes you gain a lot of weight. Just see to it that you do not gain a lot of weight or else you will face a lot of trouble later to loose.

Hi Yes you can have bread however dont have it on regular basis. Having bread once in 15 days will stay quite good and helpful for you. Also its good to have wheat bread rather than the white one
