Do you think children should be told about financial problems in the house? Is it right to ask a child to sacrifice his toys and sweets to help out during a financial shortage? Are there any ways in which children can help you to save money during a crisis? Dimple replied. I don' t think you should ask your child to give up toys just because there is no money. A child is small and cannot live without his toys. Its not the right thing to do. Please find some other way of getting money and leave the children alone. Why should we spoil the happiness of children? Children have right to receive all the happiness. They also have right to enjoy their childhood and build the memories for their future. Their future will be bright if their present is filled with lot of happiness.

Bridgesh to Dimple replied. Hi, I think you are misunderstanding something. The article does not ask children to give up their toys. It merely places a few limits on them. Also, what do you mean by not the right thing to do? If your child asks for something that you cannot afford, are you still going to give it to him? It will not only result in spoilage of money but also spoil your child by fulfilling his irrelevant demand. We should only give them what they need and reward them with good toys if they do well in the exams or other activities like sports, music, art etc.
Shilpa replied. This article is very nice. I think the reason parents hesitate to tell their children about problems is because they are trying to protect them from the harsh reality of life. We want our children' s life to be perfect and are willing to do what it takes to keep it that way, including lying to them. It is necessary to do small adjustment as we have to live life happily. It is very important that children are aware about such situations in life so that they can face them in their future life effectively. Facing such ups and downs in life will make them more strong and brave and make them ready to face harsh realities of life.
