i really need to loose arourn 70 pounds .....which i have gained after comming to the US ...could somebody please tell me the food thats allowed to be eaten in a low card diet and what needs to be done to follow it ...as in what to eat for brkfst lunch and dnr

The key is to eat at regular intervals, i.e. every 2 hours, and in small quanitites, to keep ur metabolism high.
Try this diet, it will deftly help you lose rapidly:

Breafast (as soon as you get up) - Oatmeal, half cup of it, mixed with one cup of milk or water.
One fruit

2 hours later:
Boiled eggs (egg whites only)- 4
Fruit-1
you can even make an omellete if you wish in one sppon of olive oil, but just egg whites.

2 hours later:
1 roti with one cup of daal, and one cup of vegtable (green leafy, tofu, any anything except potatoes)
One bowl of salad

2 hours later
One protein bar
or
one cup of flavored yogurt with one fruit

2 hours later
Salad..all greens and cumcumber, tomatoes etc in one sppon of low fat dressing.

2 hours later
1 roti with one cup of daal and vegatable

You can eat a fruit before going to sleep. Drink lots of water. If you sick to this diet, I can guarrentee you a wtg loss of 8-10 pounds a month! Best of luck!
