I know the benefits of onions and garlic but the smell is an inhibiting factor. My husband does not like the smell of these spices and also they remain for a long time. So how can I get benefits from these spices without the smell?

Hi Pragya, indeed these are stinky vegetables but you should have them for the benefits. They are wonder foods for good health. You can add them while cooking, then there would not be much smell. You will get the benefits after cooking also. If you can eat them raw, then its more better. As for the smell you can have a mint or any other mouth freshener.
