Diet and Exercise:post childbirth weight issues

Name: payal k Its been almost a year and I have not been able to lose weight. I have a protruding tummy and it still appears as if I am pregnant. I seriously want to get rid of my tummy but don' t know how to go about it. Any suggestions.

seriously its really very difficult task for me and if i wish to loose my weight then i must go on diet part, means as per every dietitian says, 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise.

after delivery the small portion of tummy was appear and it take time to get reduce, so its very difficult to reduce the tummy part, so dont worry and take seriousely the things.

you should do physical activity like running, jogging, or walking you should walk atleast one hour, so it will definately give you result from that, and it will be easier way to reduce weight.

Join a gym or a yoga class and if you are not comfortable with a class then you can search for videos online and do them regularly and see how it works for you and also make sure to control your diet.
