Preserve Ginger-Garlic Paste

While making ginger-garlic paste, add a little vinegar to it and refrigerate.

Preserve Ginger-Garlic Paste

While preparing ginger-garlic paste, wash ginger and garlic well and wipe them with a dry cloth, so that no water content is left on them. If adding a little water to the paste, then use only boiled water. Then add some hot gingely oil and salt to it and refrigerate.
