I exercise a lot. In the morning I go for brisk walk and walk about 8 kms. Then I do some exercises such as pilates or crunches. In the evening I do cycling and some more exercises. All this makes me immensely hungry and I eat like a hog. I just can' t control my hunger. I hope this is not an issue in future as regards to health or should I control my diet?

i m gym instructor and i m lady trainer too, so as per my view, you should check your body , have you any thyroid because of thyroid also weight can be incerase as well as decrease.

you should keep control on your eating habit, because of this only your weight will not come down, if you keep control on diet and your eating habit, and daily one hour exercsie will make you total fit and healthy.

you share your sheducle of exercise here, and your exercise shedule is wrong at all, see do any work out, but atleast do it at morning, or do it at evening, what you done, you done exercise whole day, and thats not a good thing.

nice to heard that you keep doing lots of exercise to stay healthy, but with this exercise you should drink lots of water, around three to four litre a day, it will detoxified your body.
