Diet and Exercise:Diet concerns

I exercise a lot. In the morning I go for brisk walk and walk about 8 kms. Then I do some exercises such as pilates or crunches. In the evening I do cycling and some more exercises. All this makes me immensely hungry and I eat like a hog. I just can' t control my hunger. I hope this is not an issue in future as regards to health or should I control my diet?

i m gym instructor and i m lady trainer too, so as per my view, you should check your body , have you any thyroid because of thyroid also weight can be incerase as well as decrease.

you should keep control on your eating habit, because of this only your weight will not come down, if you keep control on diet and your eating habit, and daily one hour exercsie will make you total fit and healthy.

control on your hunger, as you mention that, after you done your exercise yor eat like immensely hungry style, so change your that habit, first learn to keep control on your hunger.

i suggest you you do work out but no need to do workout whole day, it will give you more body stress to your body, and because of this may be you feel lazy, or you can feel weak also.
