I exercise a lot. In the morning I go for brisk walk and walk about 8 kms. Then I do some exercises such as pilates or crunches. In the evening I do cycling and some more exercises. All this makes me immensely hungry and I eat like a hog. I just can' t control my hunger. I hope this is not an issue in future as regards to health or should I control my diet?

its good think you walk a lot but as you feel hungry in snacks time period then you should eat vegetable so it will help you to reduce fat loss, and also for weight loss.

its good that you done exercise but if you want to lose your weight, you should concentrate to loose your fat , fat loss means weight loss, and that is take time to burn.

its your decision to do lots of exercise or someone told you to do that much of exercise in day, because you are done lots of workout, and that is not good for your body, in this age.

dont take that much of exercise stress on yourself, it will make you week, so with workout intake proper food and protein include food, it will work on your body.

dont do that much exercise, its so heavy execise you do, after that you was feel weak or what, keep drinking energy drink between exercise or drink electrol water between your workout.

you should watch some aerobics exercsie also, also dont eat or dont take your dinner after 8 pm. also include daal in dinner, its has so much protein so its good for health.

you change your whole day shedule, change your evening exrcise time, will do exercise in morning only, and dinner will take till 8 o clock , so it will definitely helpful for you.

i must tell you, eating habit is not bad habit, as per my view, why we keep body hungry till we feel hunger in stomach, you should eat small protion of food after every three hours, so start eating on time also.
