hi

i am also from dubai,

Firstly regarding travelling. i heard that flights do not allow women over 7 months to board. (coz, if the child is born in a flight then he/she will have to be given free tickets in that airways for life).

So anyone planning to travel after 7 months please check the rules.

Also, please check with your doctor of your health condition and then decide when to travel.

Secondly, my doctor also is not responding properly, i am in my 27th week, second pregnancy, first was normal delivery and good. At present my report indicates 'tr' & 'br' in the column presentation and position, which i assume means transverse breech and breech position, which will not allow normal delivery. Doctor says no one checks for postion now as it keeps changing till end. So only in 8th month they actually take it seriously. Is it true ? also if i want to take a sonography in dubai,(gold souq / burdubai) can u suggest any clinic which does it ? please indicate phone no.

thanks

thank

Hi Pranoti,

I stay in Dubai and I am planning to fly to India for my delivery during my 32nd-33rd week. As per my doctor you can fly even till 36 weeks if you have a normal, low-risk pregnancy. Even I am a bit scared to fly in my 8th month.
Girls, can you pls. comment on this?
tks,
