You should give good fruits to your children for boosting their immunity. Fruits like apple, papaya are good for child' s health and good for boosting child' s immunity. It is very necessary to encourage children to eat fruits for boosting their immunity.

Subject:  Ragi is Good for Children
Ragi is very good for children´ s health. In my childhood my mom used to make a nice porridge using ragi flour. It used to look like custard and I used to enjoy eating it . It is known as ´ Nachni Satva´ and it very good for the health of children and boosting their immunity.

You can feed your child with iron rich foods. You can feed your child with the food items prepared using Nachni or Ragi. Chapati made using Ragi flour is very healthy and is a good source of iron for children and good for boosting children' s immunity.
