Name: Neha Kishore Garbh Sanskar is no ordinary activity and vidhi! It has an immense impact on the development of your child. Therefore, it is very important to maintain a very very positive attitude while yo are pregnant and want to do Garbh Sanskar.Even if you dont do any special procedures for the same, the child picks up from the attitude and behaviour of his mother. You should have a positive and loving approach in this beautiful phase of your life.

I am also trying my best to be optimistic as i am going through this phase in life. I am glad to have a happy environment around which helps me maintain a positive approach. I have all the family support also for the same. I wish good luck to all the expecting mothers.

Ya it is indeed very imporatnt to have a positive attitude and happy surroundings during pregnancy and garbh sanskar phase. The surrounding environment, the food, the activities, positive or negative thinking, in fact everything the mother is exposed to during the pregnancy directly affects the child.
