First Pregnancy:First pregnancy Sacrifices for the good

Name: Puja You are going to be a mother soon! but authority surely comes along with responsibility. Now you are responsible for the little one inside you.So you need to quit smoking and alcohol for sure. Also, you need to control your anger and be calm and a loving person for the betterment of your child.

Smoking and alcohol are not even good for normal people leave alone expecting mothers. Its a shame if you continue with them while your are carrying. Even post delivery till the child is given breast feeding , these things should be surely avoided.

Yes all these sacrifices are a must. i have heard of cases where smoking during this phase can even lead to a miscarriage and it is even a host to so many other problems while alcohol might even hamper the child' s speech. So better to quit it rather than risk your child' s health.
