Name: Deepika Khandelwal Boil 1 liter milk in a pan and add a little vinegar/lime juice to get paneer.The watery thing from paneer can be separated either by using a cheesecloth or hanging it in a muslin cloth for several hours.When you see that paneer is dry, add one teaspoon maida(all purpose flour)to it
and knead well.Divide into small balls.
Take 1 liter water in a pressure cooker and add 2-3 cups sugar to it.Now add your small paneer balls to the heated-sweet water.Close the lid of the cooker and boil on low heat for about 18-20 minutes.Now take the balls out(they should have expanded)and put them in sweet thickened milk.You can take condensed milk from market.Garnish with pista,kesar etc.

i tried this recipe but my rasmali turned out 2 b so hard that u can't even break them even by applyin full force....plz guide me what went wrong.i want to make them desperatly as it is my hubby's fav.

Buy a Swad Rasmalai can with 10 rasmalais in it,and make the milk of the rasmalai by boiling one carton of half and half and put kesar,cardamom powder and crushed pistachios in it. Put rasmalais from the can in a vessel and pour the above prepared milk on the rasmalais, Yummy rasmalai is ready in no time.
