Name: Sarika Here are some cool tips that Ive tried for weight loss:
1) Before serving yourself food always have one full glass of warm water. This makes you feel full and eat less.

2) Dont watch TV or read while eating. Or talk to anyone else. Concentrate on your food. Then you realise how much youre eating.

I agree with all of but before you decide to lose weight, think about who you're doing it for. Remember, if you're only doing it so that you can look like a supermodel, there's no need, you should eat whatever you want when you feel like it, as long has your playing some sort of sport, or doing some excercise. Other than that, just be happy with yourself--that's the best way to be healthy!

I know a lot of people who tried this and it works: take half a cup of plain hot water every one hour or two hours in the day. It keeps the metabolism high and weight loss is easier.

Hot or cold makes a difference. Vitamin C breaks up in hot water, so cold nimbu juice is better. It also doesnt add weight as someone said earlier. It is an antioxidant and a blood purifier.

stop those tea and coffee breaks! every cup of tea means that much more sugar going into your body. plus, tea and coffee are bad for health. give up this BAD habit!

Great adivce!

A few more things to add:

1) Eat slow and enjoy your food
2) Wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before you take that second helping which you are debating over. It takes your brain at least 10 to 15 minutes to send messages to your system and to realize that you have sufficient food in your system.

3) Eat whatever you want but smaller portions. That is the key to a good diet. You can still enjoy everything just limit your intake and of course excercise
