But she has found a way to hide them!! Hide your Stretch marks:: Take DRY white soap and rub it on your stretch marks until they get look white. (like the soap color) Then aply face make-up to it.(Such as "foundation" "consiler" or w-e you call it) Be sure to cover all the white! they say one way to reduce the amount of sweating is to control stress levels. so,what do u do if u need to shave underarm hair to minimize sweating (and B.O.), then get razor bumps and skin discolouration as a result. then... obviously u can't shave/wax for a while but u need to coz 1) its nearly summer and 2)ur in a uni course which, once/twice + a week, requires u to remove ur top and expose this area that ur too embarassed to show coz it seems NO BODY ELSE seems to have this problem. oh yeah,i also have acne scars all over my arms/upper back (i'm black but skin is light every little blemish),a nd i also have marks/razor bumps on my stomach form trying to remove the hairs there. i'm an int'l student so i can't afford to go for expensive treatment at the moment but i haven't been able to wear a sleeveless top since soon after i hit puberty,at least not unless its black and i have concealer on my arms. let's not even mention the stretch marks that climb all over my butt and lower back,preventing me form buying low-cut jeans and look like a normal girl. A couple of years ago I only drank about 1-2 glasses of water a day and my skin looked awful, I was a tiny bit overweight but that doesn't matter, Anyway, since the beginning of my summer vacation someone told me that drinking more water can help practically all your faults. Hey! I've read a lot of your stories and have some tips! If you have bad acne the very best thing you can do to help clear up your face is to go to a certified dermatologist (a skin doctor), plain and simple. They know what to prescribe you with to get rid of acne and discoloration. If you don't have one close by, then try your local spa and ask for the esthetician (make sure they're certifies also). These are professionals that can help treat and prevent acne from getting the best of you! If you can't afford to go then try rubbing grade a cocoa or shea butter on your face every night to lighten up those dark spots (it will also make your skin smooth and soft). Another thing I suggest to help out acne without going to the doctor is Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque (you can find it at your local drug store). Just put it on the pimple and let it set overnight and it will, at least, reduce the size and redness. Also to help with redness, try a few drops of Visine eye drops on the spot. To acheive and maintain a clear complexion, you need to clean, tone and moisturize. Use whatever cleanser you like and try Witch hazel as a toner (it's all natural, it works and it's cheap). Just squirt some on a cottonball and rub it in an upward direction on your face. Moisturize afterwards with a good moisturizer. If you have oily skin get oil-free products and if you have dry skin, look for cream-based ones. If you have discoloration (or just want soft skin) switch the cocoa and shea butter, I mentioned earlier, with the moisturizer and use that as a moisturizer for bedtime and remember, NEVER OVERWASH OR SCRUB YOUR FACE.It may seem like a lot but it works well if you do it faithfully! For girls wanting to lose weight again plain and simple; exercise, drink tons of water and eat right!! That means exercising at least 5 days a week for around an hour (try walking, riding your bike, going to a gym, playing at the park, swimming, dancing, etc.), drink at least, and I mean at the very least 32 oz. of water. Get a big jug and sip on it all day or if you're at school, go to the water fountain between class periods. Cut back on sugar (this could also be the cause of your acne), fried foods, fast food and try to get a least 5 fruits and veggies(that means 3 fruits and 2 veggies or 4 veggies and one fruit, etc. JUST STRIVE FOR FIVE!!) A buddy is always good motivator! Try to find a friend or close relative that wants to lose weight too! That way you can keep each other accountable!! If you can't find anyone then write write things down in a journal or diary. You might notice you didn't need to lose as much weight as you thought. Allow yourself to have fun, have one free day out of the week where you can eat a burger or a cupcake, just don't go overboard!! Don't under eat, remember, your body needs nutrition in order to be fueled up to burn fat. Stay active through out the day, do crunches while you watch your favorite show or whatever you can do to stay moving!! Just don't wear yourself out! It's about reducing the fat, not losing weight. Listen to your body, it will tell you when your not hungry anymore or when you've overworked. For the girls who want bigger breast, don't worry you will get them and if you don't, it's not such a bad thing!! You won't get backaches and neckaches and you'll be able to get away wearing cute tops that are low cut (not too low though) without looking like your trying to get attention. Let your personality shine through more than what you can show the guys!! Believe me, the good guys that are worth it, like mind over matter because your mind (not your body) is the most powerful sexual organ you have. You don't have to have sex to be sexy!! A girl who knows what she's worth is a good thing and the right guy for you will know that too!! I almost forgot I too suffered from excessive sweating in the arm pit area. I t is called hyperdrosis and more people have than you think. I used Certain Dry-it has a high content of aluminum chloride which shrinks the pores so you do not sweat as much. You can get this from CVS for about 7.00 . The directions are simple and the results are wonderful. For dark armpits I just started getting my armpits waxed and use shea butter and african black soap for cleansing and moisturizing they also have lightening properties for dis colored skin. Also with waxing I dont shave for almost two and a half weeks or more and the hair is really fine when it grows back and that is saying alot because I had alot of course hair. With the shea and black soap I had no irritation or ingrown hairs. It hurts the first time but it is worth it. Don't forget that bigger is not always better b/c you would rather have smaller perky breast that big floppy ones. Stretch marks Rub good vitamin E cream onto them at least twice a day, 3 tims if you can manage it (the cheap stuff works as well as the expensive stuff)and eat healthy. 2. Hair dye. Go to a chemist. They should have some stuff that removes it, or at least fades it. Either way you are better off going to a hairdresser. 3. Acne Lots of fruit, veg, water and exerise. This'll detox your body and help get the oils under control. Not to mention you'll feel as great as you look. A vegan diet is really good for people with acne apparently. 4. Hair tip If you're a red haired person who's hair is looking really faded and dull because of stress and bad eating grab a bottle of FUDGE: ORANGE CRUSH colour hair dye. Just put it in over top of your normal colour (do NOT bleach first) and it'll really pep the colour up without making it look unnatural. Works best on darker orange based shades of natural red hair. I have no idea how this would actually look on a pale Nicole Kidman colour red. I'd say pretty bad so don't Thats all. Hope its helpful

For those with problem oily skin. Wash with a non oily cleanser but one that does not have too much alcohol. Wash and rise a lot with warm enough water for about 10 rises each time then with very cold water.This also helps to keep the skin firm and pores closed.Make sure to wash three times a day using this procedure.And use a white not too soft towel to rub and pat skin.Too much rubbing and drying makes more oil to come out.So u can leave your skin wet sometimes so it dries naturally. BIG NOSE: For big nose these no homemade or herbal remedy if anyone claims they do it bogus. People say there are some nose exercises but it will only strech it more and look more weird. Ok, we all know that in a way sugar in your diet probroblly does have some kind of affect on the face, even if its a little affect. So if we know that then why are some of us giving advise like put honey on your face. honey is pure sugar, if your taking it out of your diet, you might as well now if your just putting it right back in your skin. it seems like it would be healthier to actually eat sugar because it doesnt get in your pores as much as it would if your rub it in em'. Hey girls...well here are three tips for pimples! I used to have a-lot of pimples all over my face when I was 11! But every night I would put "Dove" (soap) in my face and wash it off in the morning...now am gonna turn 13 and my face is clear with no marks! So try it, it helps! Also You can cut a piece of lemon and rub it on the pimples for at least 10 minutes thought it hurts it works faster than sleeping with soap! Or just wash your face 3 or 4 times a day but that will take longeR! So I would recomend putting Dove! Good Luck

A friend of mine recomends using tea bags,potatoes,or aloe vera gel under the eyes, however it took a few weeks for her to see a noticable improvment!So give it a try but also give it time! She was told by a herbilist she had water retention and war told to drink atleast 6 to 8 glassaes of water a day! For those skinny, perfect girls....nobody wants a bone but a dog! so go feed fido. I used to be 90lbs with flat breast and now things have changed just like it will for you. to the girl with the hair falling out. your answer is protein. you need more in your diet and you need protein treatments for the hair.for stretchmarks; I found milkbaths to work for me.to lighten the skin; I mix sugar and lemon juice scrub lightly as not to damage the tender skin on the face.(dampen face first with water)use mixture,..then use your gentle face cleanser,..then moisturize using a face cream with sun block (SPF 15 or 30). to lighten the body.... I mixlemon juice,olive oil and epsom salt and make a paste with it. dampen body in the shower DO NOT OVER WET,..SALT WILL MELT.I wash first then i rinse and pat body dry with damp towel. then I use scrub all over taking my time with elbows knees, and hands. Take tea bags and soak them in warm water and use them as eye pads. Soak cotton pads in cold milk and place over closed eyes for five to ten minutes. DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES Cut a fresh fig in half, place a half over each eye. Apply crushed mint leaves around eyes for five to ten minutes. Gently massage almond oil around the eyes before bed times, or nutritive herbal oil available at Family Care Clinic Soak cotton pads in cold milk and place over closed eyes for ten minutes. To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. TIRED, IRRITATED EYES To soothe tired, irritated eyes, cut the end of a cold cucumber into 1/4 inch thick slices. Apply a cool slice to each eye. Raw potato slices laid on sore eyes reduces heat and redness. For eye puffiness, any tea bag (herbal is better, especially eyebright), slightly cooled, placed on the eyes while you rest. For tired or bloodshot eyes, soak sterile cotton balls or soft cloth in cold skim milk. Place over eyes for 10 minutes. Rinse entire face in warm, then cool, water.

This process is further helped by taking raw garlic regularly. Have 1-2 cloves in the morning. 8. Grind some neem leaves with water to a fine paste. Apply on infected area. 9. Clean face with rose water (gulab jal) 2-3 times a day. 10.The orange peel (santare ka chilka) is very valuable in the treatment of acne & pimples. Pound the peel with water on a piece of stone and apply in the affected area. For off-season dry peel in shade, powder the dried peels & store. 11. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, green vegetables, eat a salad like a salad and not like some neglected side dish and have 12-15 glasses of water every day.

I am also planning on starting my own all natural complete body care line. I am not trying to sell anything, but just wanted to let you know so you can understand that I have a little background in this area. I have a few simple remedies I will put here now, and have many more that I will be happy to tell you if you email me. For Acne: then best thing is NOT to use soap cleanser or anything drying. Use a light cleansing cream. Also, take a multivitamin\mineral if you are not already. NEVER touch or pick at your face, and use a twice weekly mask of ground oatmeal, egg white, and lavender and\or tea tree oil. For stretch marks: Make a scrub with sugar and an oil of your choice such as coconut, olive, grapeseed. Buff one area of your stretchmarks well for 5 minutes, rinse and apply a solution of fresh aloe gel and copper peptide serum(can find cheap on ebay). Do each area about 3 times a week. Use rosehip seed oil in another oil of choice and use this as after bath massage. For dark spots: Use a weekly or bi weekly mask of dry milk powder, lemon juice and papaya to dissolve excess skin pigment. hello, I had a problem with acne, and though about how i would be able to get rid of it. Well I thought about how they have chemcial peels, they burn the skin, which burns the pimples and the blemishes.. Then i came up with the idea. What I did was, I had purchased a very good soap (Pure $ Natural) it's like 2 dollars.. and i dried out my skin, completely dry.. so dry it was burning, then I applied a mask which made my skin feel like it was on fire. I then let the mask dry, washed, and moisturized. In the morning, I take a shower, use the same soap, but don't appy mositurizer, and do this continualy, just applying mositurizer at night. I also recommend using the mask once a week. It's also alot bettter to use a mosisturizer that doesn't have a fragrence and that doesn't feel real heavy soon after. Oil of Olay is good. This works real well and the redness goes away after your skin gets use to it. Just remember to moisturizer a ton at night.

ok I read all of the comments and I will do someone elses job. For all you girls that have stretch marks lisen up there is no 100% cure for stretch marks! there are ways to make them fade i dont really know about how a black person can cure them, but The best way i have ever seen for white people is to go tanning keep a regularly dark tan it is ok if the marks turn red that will fade when you here the next step. I recommend the use of coco butter at the least of 5 times a day. take lots of baths, it help soften the skin. by the time it is summer your stretch marks can barley be seen unless you are really close up. to get rid of pimples, you can either dry them out (I know this sounds gross) by rubbing garlic on them, or salt. The toothpaste on the face? Rarely works. Salt and garlic dries them out, forcing every little gross thing to come to the surface. It will then either explode on its own, or (my choice) you can pop it. In order to prevent scarring from zits, you can put coverup on them as soon as all the fluid is out of them. Make sure its the right colour, because as the skin heals over, it often takes the coverup colour, leaving only a super, SUPER faint scar, which is almost all skin colour. For bumps on the vagina after shaving, make sure you put lots of shaving cream and soap there when you shave, and only go over the area once. When you're done, put moisturizer (but not the scented kind) on it, or some people have told me even deoderant works, though I've only tried moisturizers. I don't know any tips to make the breats grow, but I know that the body is all proportional, and even though it may look small to you, it fits in perfectly with the rest of your body. For swimsuits and such (and I can't believe how horrible this sounds), for those of you that think you're too small, or overweight, or whatever, because the body is proportional, if you actually wear smaller bathing suits (ie: 2-pieces), then the body will look more proportional, because more is visible. Stretch marks fade with time, and I've heard that cocoa butter works wonders. However, I've also heard that rubbing citric acid (ie: lemons, limes, oranges, etc) on the spot works well, too. Although I've never tried it. However, if it doesn't work, at least your skin smells fruity. I've put honey and olive oil in my hair to make it soft and shiny. Egg whites make it silky, and lemon rinse does something good too, although I can't think of what. However, these don't need to be done every time you wash your hair. I do it once a month, if that. And I'm not sure why, but brushing hair gel through your hair when its wet and brushed and smooth gets rid of fuzz and frizzes. The only cure I know for bags under the eyes is to get 7-8 hours of sleep so that your body is fully rested. The other way is to clean out your eyes using tea bags. Get wet tea bags, place them over your eyes for 15-20 minutes, and you'll be amazed with all the eye makeup and eveything that it draws out. This reduces pressure in and around your eyes. I think that's all I've got, so I hope I helped. I know that these don't work for everyone, because everyone is so different, and our bodies are all different, but I hope these work for you if you decide to try them.
