Hot oil penetrates deeper and nourishes the roots of your hair thus making it healthy. You can warm any hair oil like coconut, almond or olive oil and apply it on your scalp. Gently massage your scalp with the help of fingertips and leave it for at least 2 hours or overnight to give best results. Shampoo your hair after that. However, make sure that you do not burn your skin while doing this activity.
2. Vinegar

Vinegar is an age old hair care product. Add 1 cup of vinegar or apple cider vinegar to 3 – 4 cups of water. After you have washed your hair with shampoo, use this rinse for your hair. Massage your scalp with your finger tips and leave this for few minutes. Now rinse with water and dry your hair with dry towel gently. Make sure you do not use this remedy frequently because overuse of vinegar may make your hair further dry.
3. Banana Pack

If you have problems like hair breakage, dandruff or split ends, banana pack is a good remedy. Take 1 ripe banana and ½ ripe avocado and mash them. Now add 2 – 3 tbsp of coconut milk and mix well. Apply this paste to your hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water.
4. Eggs

Eggs are very good for the health of hair. You can simply beat 1- 2 eggs and apply on your hair or make a pack which is even healthier. Depending on the length of your hair you can take 1- 2 eggs and beat them well. Add 1 – 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tsp of olive or almond oil to it. Apply this paste to your hair and leave for 15 – 20 minutes. Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo. Repeat this in 2 – 4 weeks of time.
5. Yogurt

Yogurt is very good for hair. You can take yogurt depending on the length of your hair and add 1 beaten egg to it. Apply this to your hair and after 20 – 30 minutes wash your hair with gentle shampoo. If you do not want to use eggs you can apply plain yogurt to your hair for getting rid of dryness.
Hair Care Tips for Oily Hair

If you have oily hair, you must follow the below mentioned tips.
1. Wash Hair Frequently

If you have oily hair you need to wash your hair at least 3 times a week. Rinse your hair thoroughly and go for shampoo that is designed especially for oily hair.
2. Aloe Vera gel

You can mix aloe Vera gel to your shampoo to get rid of oily hair. Add lemon juice also to the mixture.
3. Egg Yolks

Beat yolk of 2 eggs and add lemon juice. Mix it well and apply on wet hair. Leave for five minutes and rinse well.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apply 2 -3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 1 mug of water. Rinse your hair with this and wash with water after few minutes.
5. Lemon Juice

Take out juice of 1 lemon and add 3 tbsp of honey and mix it well in a cup of water. Apply this mixture to your hair and leave it for 3 – 4 minutes. Wash it with a shampoo. You can repeat this 3 times a week.
Hair Care Tips for Hair Fall

Hair fall or hair fall is a common complaint of men as well as women. Here are some tips which can help you to avoid hair loss and damage.
  • Have a balanced diet and drink plenty of water.
  • Avoid oily, fried and junk food.
  • Avoid combing wet hair.
  • Do not tie your hair tightly.
  • Oil your hair at least twice or thrice a week (You can use anti-hair fall oil).
  • Wash your hair at least twice a week.
