Comments: It is common only amongst white skin people. I have hardly seen any Indian having this problem. It may be because the Indians have brown skin. But it sounds very shocking that this skin disorder can not be cured. However it is good to prevent it before hand and prevent it as early as possible. Though it can be controlled the treatments required for preventing rosacea must be very costly. The laser treatments for rosacea must be very costly. Even these treatments for rosacea are costly they should provide good result at the end of the day.

Comments: Prevent rosacea before it triggers you. It can be said in short that prevent doing all the things which cause redness of skin. Spicy and hot food, hot climate, changes in temperature can cause in rosacea. I think that most of the times skin becomes red when we scratch it or stretch it. We should avoid doing all these things if the skin is very sensitive. Some times people get confused between acne and rosacea. Both of them are different from each other. The only common thing is that they resemble each other. So we should not take rosacea for granted.

Comments: After reading this article I noticed one thing that the some symptoms of ocular rosacea are similar to that of sore eyes. Can we say that both sore eyes and ocular rosacea similar? As this disease is not curable so will it get worsen if untreated for rest of the life. Today we have cures for almost all the diseases so why not rosacea. I am very sure that there must be some natural ingredients to cure rosacea too. If there is already a research undertaken on rosacea than soon we can have good remedies for rosacea. I will prefer to use natural ingredients for controlling rosacea.

Comments: My skin went crazy…it felt like it was on fire. Raw and red and such pain! I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed “MetroLotion” and all it did was burn my skin even more.( This started when I was about 48 years old—other strange health problems were happening at the same time). I started using the Made from Earth Rosehip & Hibiscus Face Serum also – and my skin is under control. The hideous raw red skin flares occaisionally…I use it daily…

Comments: Kumar: It is best to consult a dermatologist, rather than buying any over the counter drugs or ointments. The skin is already very sensitive in case of rosacea, and you dont want to take any chances. There are types of Rosacea, and it can also be confused with acne. SO only a dermatologist can best tell you what type of treatment to follow.
