There is alot of comment that I see up there about pqeople saying that they had their last ultrasound in 4 months and they think it is a boy or a girl!!!! The only way you cant is a boy if your belly button is sticking all the out and if is it a girl you can tell if your stomache is shape like a basketball or bigger than a basketball or something like!!!! So good luck on what you are having if either it is a boy or girl

HI! Normally baby's heart beat appear after completion of 6 weeks. i also got ultra sound done in 5th week. there was no heatr beat till that time. only the blood circulation could be seen. but wen i got it done again in 7th week, heartbeat was present

Ultra Sounds are till now known to never hurt babies inside womb. Babies heart starts beat around six wks, but almost impossible to hear. After around 5 mnths, one can be certain about the gender of baby, by having US. However, they are formed earlier. It is always advisable to sleep on sides, never on your back, sleeping on left side increases blood flow to the uteres and hence better development of baby.
