I have been taking medication for chronic prostatitis following symptoms of intense heat in my genital region. I do not suffer from other symptoms of this disease besides the heat sensation. I have done digital rectum exam, cyctoscopy none of them revealed any significant problems. I just completed a semen analysis test and my doctor told me that my sperm motility and morphology rates are quite normal. The sad news is that there is the presence of white blood cells in my sperm which could indicates an inflamation. My questions are; 1) Could this be the cause of the heat sensation? 2). Is there a cure to this? 3). How does this affect my fertility inspite of this fact that the motility and morphology of my semen seems to be normal? Thanks for your speedy response

My frnd is married for 4yrs. Her periods are very very irregular from the beginning & never took medicines for that till the time of her marriage. She gets her periods only once in 6mths or 8mths. I am not having Vain in Testes, the production of Spearms is normal in Scondrum. Some Doctors done operated and put a ballon in Scondrum. After this i can't get spearms from that ballon after that another doctor open the scondrum and get sperms from needle and insumniate to my wife. My bad at that time i am not have +ve result.
