This Chakra helps human being to explore creativity and acts as reproductive centre. If this Chakra is blocked, it becomes difficult for a person to express his self freely. The person also shows disinterest in life and displays low self-esteem, emotional paralysis and sexual coldness. Life of such people becomes dull resulting in depression.

The Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra controls Pancreas. It is the power house of human beings. It regulates the parts of body like abdomen, stomach, digestive system, lower back, liver, nervous system, spleen and gallbladder. The blockage in Solar Plexus Chakra results in lack of enthusiasm in the life of individual. The person also feels restless, dejected and discouraged. They indulge themselves in meaningless activities and insist that obstacles are preventing them from achieving their actual goals of life thereby resulting in depression.
