When you wear your favourite dress you definitely feel high and this makes you admirable as well. Since colours have impact on your moods and feelings it is advisable to buy dresses with colours and designs that make you feel great. For example if you are feeling low and need to stimulate energy and creativity, you should go for bright colours instead of dull ones.
Some might have bad memories with specific colours, but it is good to find a way out so that you have fun and advantages of all the colours. However, no matter how you feel, you should dress up smartly and sleekly. Even if you are a stay at home mom, you should always look admirable.

Effects of Different Colours on Moods

Red

Red is a colour which shows guts and is used to stimulate body and mind and to increase blood circulation. It is strong and hence reflects strong emotions. Green

Green symbolizes nature and is believed to increase reading speed and memory. It has great calming effect and so it is worn from day wear to night wear and gets a classy frame in fashion world. Green also symbolizes jealousy and represents good luck, tranquility and health as well. Green is a symbol of fertility and is said to relieve stress and help heal.

Black

Black is a real sensation. Even if it is associated with darkness or entire absence of light, it universally stands for influence and power. It is used in fashion world because of its slimming effects. It is stylish and makes enduring effects making one feel confident and highly self esteemed. Black is the best colour when you want to look formal and regal. It lets you stand out and shine.

Blue

Blue is called tranquil colour. So, if you need to chill out after a stressful day, just slip on in something blue. Experts recommend women to wear turquoise or light aqua dress on their first date. It will make a great impression and encourage relaxation. Blue is also associated with trustworthiness, dependability and strength. So, if you are going for an interview or for an important meeting, select a blue dress.

Orange

Orange is a combination of red and yellow and is regarded as an energetic colour. It conveys feelings of excitement, enthusiasm and warmth and is often used to pull attention. It can also improve your mood if you are feeling bad some day. It has the capability of having a positive impact in business meetings and appointments. So, you can choose to wear something in orange if you have to demonstrate your creativity and vitality.

Yellow

Yellow is bright and hence is described as cheery and warm. It increases metabolism and is one of the most attention grabbing colours. It creates an open atmosphere and so makes other people feel good when you wear yellow. It is an inviting colour.
