This is a very simple method and it is mainly used for getting relief from problems like stress, depression, anxiety and tension. Nowadays, aromatherapy candles and essence sticks are widely available in the market.

your aromatherapy info is incorrect. blood tests have clinically proved that the phytohormones (plant hormones) from the essentil oils are carried into the blood.this happens via inhalation, the airborne droplets enter the body through the olfactory and limbic systemof the brain, also direct contact on the body.
