posture in which you have to position like the fetus. This de-stresses the back
and helps you relax.

reducing stress levels. Right posture helps reduce stress in body and mind too.
If your sitting and standing postures are right and proper, your brains will
get apt signals and hence your body and mind will function well leaving out the
stress level.
